Shrimp Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 12 ounce. (3 c.) skinner sea shell or possibly elbow macaroni
- 1 pound cooked, peeled & cleaned shrimp (fresh or possibly frzn or possibly 3, 5 ounce. cans)
- 2 c. cubed American cheese
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 6 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain; rinse with cool water; drain again.
- Cut up shrimp, toss with macaroni, cheese and vegetables.
- Blend remaining ingredients; toss with shrimp mix.
- Cover.
- Refrigeratethoroughly.
- Stir before serving.
- Can top with green pepper ring.
- Serves 12.
