Cheese and Vegemite Straws
- 2 sheets ready rolled puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tablespoons MY FIRST VEGEMITE
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- SPREAD half of each pastry sheet with MY FIRST VEGEMITE.
- Sprinkle over the Parmesan.
- Fold the pastry in half to enclose filling.
- Roll gently with a rolling pin to seal.
- CUT into 1cm wide strips, twist and place on paper lined baking trays.
- Bake in a hot oven 200oC for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold.
