Cheese and Vegemite Straws

  1. SPREAD half of each pastry sheet with MY FIRST VEGEMITE.
  2. Sprinkle over the Parmesan.
  3. Fold the pastry in half to enclose filling.
  4. Roll gently with a rolling pin to seal.
  5. CUT into 1cm wide strips, twist and place on paper lined baking trays.
  6. Bake in a hot oven 200oC for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
