Italian Tuna Mousse

  1. In a food processor, combine the tuna with the vinegar, lemon juice and soy sauce.
  2. Add the butter and process until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cream and pulse to blend.
  5. Scrape into a bowl and serve.
