Java Jam (Banana Base)

  1. Place all ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and cook, gently, until the mixture softens and becomes thick.
  3. Stir frequently to prevent burning on the bottom.
  4. Spoon into sterilize jars.
  5. Use good canning techniques.
  6. If you don't, keep refrigerated.
