Pepper's Tuna Casserole
- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) water-packed tuna
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 6 oz. egg noodles
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) light cream of mushroom soup
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 slices light sandwich cheese
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Mix in all ingredients and top with the cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
