Mocha Nougat Log

  1. Soak the raisins in the coffee mixture for about 10 minutes or until soft
  2. Beat Philly*, Toblerone* and sugar with an electric mixer in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in raisin/coffee mixture and 1/2 cup of the pecans.
  4. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Form the mixture into two logs and coat evenly in pecans.
  6. Serve with almond bread.
