Mocha Nougat Log
- 1/2 cup raisins, chopped
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 100g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, roughly chopped
- Soak the raisins in the coffee mixture for about 10 minutes or until soft
- Beat Philly*, Toblerone* and sugar with an electric mixer in a small bowl until smooth.
- Stir in raisin/coffee mixture and 1/2 cup of the pecans.
- Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
- Form the mixture into two logs and coat evenly in pecans.
- Serve with almond bread.
