- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups Water

- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1.
- Wash peppers in Veggie Wash and drain in a colander in the sink.

- Remove all of the seeds and inside portions of the peppers and dice into medium-sized chunks and set aside.
- 3.
- Chop onion and garlic cloves into small pieces and set aside.

- Heat up olive oil in a large skillet on 250 degrees.
- Add peppers, onions, and garlic to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes.
- 5.
- Add ground sirloin to the peppers and brown.
- The sirloin is so lean that you dont need to drain the grease, since there isnt any.
- 6.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce and water to the meat mixture and stir together with a wooden spoon.
- 7.
- Cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until sauce has thickened.
- 8.
- Open up the package of Hawaiian rolls.
- These are great; they have a slightly sweet taste and are very moist.
- Take each roll and cut in half like a bun and put on a plate.
- 9.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto the Hawaiian rolls.
- 10.
- Add a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle cheese on the top.
