Toci Sauce

  1. Reconstitute the pepper in boiling water.
  2. Reserve 1/2 c water for use in recipe.
  3. Remove stem and seeds.
  4. (Leave seeds for more heat.)
  5. Combine oil, almond butter, and garlic in food processor.
  6. Snip reconstituted pepper into small pieces with scissors, and add to food processor.
  7. Blend.
  8. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
