Jack-o'-Lantern Mousse Dessert

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Pour 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin into 9-inch round cake pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes until slightly set.
  5. Arrange strawberries in gelatin to resemble a jack-o'-lantern face.
  6. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours until set but not firm (gelatin sticks to finger when touched).
  7. Add milk to remaining gelatin; stir until well blended.
  8. Add dry pudding mix.
  9. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  10. Gently stir in whipped topping; spoon over gelatin in pan.
  11. Arrange cookies in single layer over pudding mixture.
  12. (Pan will be full and cookies will form crust when unmolded.)
  13. Cover with plastic wrap.
  14. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  15. Unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
