Creamy Horseraddish Dressing

• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons light sour cream
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• salt and pepper

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
