Turkey Pot Pie (With Thanksgiving Leftovers)

  1. Add oil and butter to skillet and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add celery, onion, and carrots.
  3. Sautee until golden.
  4. Add gravy, mashed potatoes, turkey, peas, green beans, and poultry seasoning.
  5. Pour in the bottom of a greased pie pan.
  6. Roll out pie crust and place on top of filling.
  7. Pinch the edges, cut off excess crust, and poke holes in crust with a fork.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 minute
  9. Reduce heat to 350, cook an additional 30-40 minutes, or until golden.
