Autumn Glory Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine apricot liquid, sugar, cornstarch, & salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat till mix boils & thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in apricots, raisins, lemon peel & butter or possibly oleo.
  6. Pour filling into pie shell.
  7. Roll out remaining dough to 1/8" thickenss, cut into 1/2" strips.
  8. Arrange pastry strips in lattice pattern & flute edges.
  9. Bake for 20-25 min or possibly till crust is golden & filling is bubbly.
