Cauliflower salad
- 1 lb cauliflower
- 4 large eggs
- 1 medium dill pickle
- 1/2 cup black ripe olives
- 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 small shallot
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp Hungarian paprika
- Boil your eggs.
- Microwave the cauliflower on high for 5 minutes.
- Or tender.
- Grate the shallot.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together in a bowl set aside.
- Cube the dill pickle finely.
- Mix the cauliflower, pickle, and olives.
- Chop the eggs up.
- Mix the salad ingredients together.
- Add dressing and mix.
- Add garnish on top.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
