Coconut-Shrimp Spread

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended; spread onto bottom of disposable 9-inch foil pie pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Top with shrimp and coconut.
  3. Crush 6 crackers; sprinkle over coconut.
  4. Wrap pan in heavy-duty foil.
  5. Pack in cooler for transporting to tailgating party or other destination.
  6. Heat grill to medium heat.
  7. Grill foil-wrapped pan 12 to 14 min.
  8. or until spread is hot and bubbly around edge.
  9. Cool 5 min.
  10. Cut slits in foil to release steam before unwrapping pan.
  11. Serve spread with remaining crackers.
