Matcha Milk Pudding Made with Gelatin
- 2 tbsp Matcha
- 50 grams Sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- Soak and soften the gelatin in water.
- Heat the milk, just less than 2 minutes in the microwave, mix in the matcha and sugar, add the dissolved gelatin, and mix quickly.
- Pour the mixture into moulds and let cool.
- They will harden in an hour.
- The longer you leave them to chill, the tastier they'll be!
