Chicken Mango Spinach Salad
- 10 oz. baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup mango, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup avocado, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 10 oz. cooked chicken strips
- 4 small whole wheat dinner s
- 24 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- TOSS spinach with mango, avocado and onion in large bowl.
- ADD dressing; mix lightly.
- SPOON onto 4 plates.
- Top evenly with chicken.
- Serve each meal with a roll.
- COMPLEMENT each meal with 6 oz of yogurt.
- SERVE each person 8 fl oz (1 cup) of water.
