Chicken Mango Spinach Salad

  1. TOSS spinach with mango, avocado and onion in large bowl.
  2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
  3. SPOON onto 4 plates.
  4. Top evenly with chicken.
  5. Serve each meal with a roll.
  6. COMPLEMENT each meal with 6 oz of yogurt.
  7. SERVE each person 8 fl oz (1 cup) of water.
