Mango Chicken

  1. SEASON THE CHICKEN
  2. Season chicken with olive oil ,salt and pepper with curry powder
  3. PAN FRIED CHICKEN
  4. Heat up olive oil then add butter then pan fried chicken both side for about 15 minute or longer depending on the size of the chicken
  5. Add garlic clove then cover lid for another 15 minute in low heat shaking pan every now and then
  6. Off heat then drain pan fried chicken and set aside
  7. MANGO CHICKEN
  8. Removed the excess oil in pan then Pour white wine unto pan and bring to a simmer then add fresh mango cube and parsley for 1 minute
  9. Add additional seasoning then off heat
  10. Pour mango sauce onto pan fried chicken and serve
