Meatloaf With Onion And Mushroom Soup Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef (round)
• 1 egg
• 1 can onion soup (10 3/4 ounce.)
• 1 c. soda cracker crumbs
• 1 can mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce.) for top of loaf
• 10x2" casserole with lid

1. Fold in order given, the first 4 ingredients.
2. Put mix in casserole.
3. Cover mix with mushroom soup, put lid on.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Take cover off last 15 min.
6. Serves 8.
