Skinny Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 large apple, cored and grated
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 pinches chili powder
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 34 cup water
- Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until carrot and apple are tender, about 12 minutes.
