Spinach and Chikuwa with Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise

  1. Chop the spinach into 5 cm lengths.
  2. Cut the chikuwa in half and slice into thin strips.
  3. Add chikuwa and stems of the spinach in a frying pan with sesame oil, and stir-fry.
  4. When the stems are slightly soft and wilted, add the leaves as well, and continue lightly stir-frying for a short while longer.
  5. Add the oyster sauce and mayonnaise.
  6. Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper, and it's done.
  7. Serve on a plate and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
