Spinach and Chikuwa with Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 3 Chikuwa
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 dash if you have some Roasted sesame seeds
- Chop the spinach into 5 cm lengths.
- Cut the chikuwa in half and slice into thin strips.
- Add chikuwa and stems of the spinach in a frying pan with sesame oil, and stir-fry.
- When the stems are slightly soft and wilted, add the leaves as well, and continue lightly stir-frying for a short while longer.
- Add the oyster sauce and mayonnaise.
- Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper, and it's done.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
