Apple And Cheese Pleasers Recipe

• 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
• 2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine,softened
• 1/3 c. Brown sugar
• 1 x Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 c. Quick cooking oats
• 4 ounce Cheddar, shredded, 1 c
• 3/4 c. Raisins
• 1 c. Minced apple

1. Combine flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, baking pwdr and salt in large bowl; mix well.
2. Add in oats, cheese and raisins; mix well.
3. Stir in apple.
4. Drop by heaping Tbsp.
5. onto ungreased cookie sheet; bake in preheated moderate oven (375 degrees) 15 min or possibly till golden.
6. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerato or possibly in loosely covered container at room temperature.
7. Yield: about 2 dozen cookies
