Steak Fajitas

  1. Mix steak sauce and chipotle peppers in large bowl.
  2. Add meat; toss to evenly coat with sauce.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Meanwhile, mix sour cream and lime juice.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  9. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  10. Add meat, in batches; cook and stir 3 min.
  11. or until evenly browned.
  12. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  13. Add remaining oil, green peppers, red peppers and onions to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  14. or until vegetable are crisp-tender.
  15. Return meat to skillet; stir.
  16. Cook 5 min.
  17. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  18. Spoon down centers of tortillas; top with sour cream mixture.
  19. Roll up.
