Apple-Oatmeal Treats

  1. First halve, core and chop the apples.
  2. Put them in a steamer, sprinkle with cinnamon and steam until tender, usually about 10 minutes.
  3. (If you don't have a steamer, try placing a strainer in a pot with about 2 inches of water and cover.)
  4. Next, combine all the other ingredients.
  5. By the time you're done, the apples will be tender and aromatic from the cinnamon. Put them into a blender and liquefy.
  6. Combine all ingredients and plop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto a nonstick cookie sheet (or one sprayed with Baker's Joy).
  7. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes.
  8. This will make 2 to 3 dozen cookies, depending on how big you make them.
