Palm Sugar Steamed Cake
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 200 grams palm sugar block, slice thinly
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 200 ml boiling water
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- First, prepare the steam and heat it up .
- Add palm sugar into the boiled water.
- Mix them well, set aside.
- Add sift flour, baking powder & baking soda.
- Add eggs & sugar.
- Mix.
- Add palm sugar water little by little.
- Mix all together.
- Add oil, mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
- Pour batter into steaming cup until ful.
- Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
- Do not open the lid during this process.
