Spicy Pineapple Guacamole
- 1 whole Avocado
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Or Juice Of Half A Lemon
- 1/4 cups Finely Diced Red Onion
- 3 whole Jarred Peppadew Peppers, Chopped
- 13 cups Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco, Or Your Favorite Hot Sauce
- Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Spoon the flesh into a small bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients in the bowl with the avocado and mash together using a fork or potato masher until combined.
- Serve immediately with chips.
- This would also be fabulous with fish tacos!
