Beer Batter Chicken Fingers Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. beer
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 x egg yolk
- 1 x egg white, beaten till stiff
- 2 x chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into large strips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. your favorite warm sauce peanut oil (for deep frying)
- Mix together flour and salt.
- Add in the beer.
- Using a whisk, mix well and then add in water and mix till smooth.
- Add in the egg yolk and mix well.
- Add in the beaten egg white and mix well.
- Place into refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
- Mix the Worcestershire sauce and warm sauce together and add in chicken strips.
- Allow chicken to marinate for at least 10 min.
- Roll chicken in your batter.
- Deep fry till golden, then drain on a paper towel.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
