MC's Homemade Snickers
- 10 tbsp Creamy peanut butter
- 2 cup Hershey chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Salted peanuts
- 7 oz Marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 11 oz Caramels
- Layer 1- melt together 1 cup chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons peanut butter and spread evenly into a brownie pan lined with parchment paper.
- Put in freezer until hard.
- Layer 2- Mix powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter and put over layer 1 evenly.
- Put back in freezer
- Layer 3-combine caramels and heavy whipping cream into a sauce pan.
- Melt on medium heat.
- Mix with dry roasted peanuts and vanilla.
- ( I prefer salted Caramel peanuts) Pour over layer 2 evenly.
- Return to freezer
- Layer 4- Repeat layer 1 and freeze for a couple of hours to let the chocolate set.
