Great for Bento: Pork Rolls Wrapped in Fluffy White Hanpen Fishcakes

  1. Slice hanpen into 9 pieces, however big as you like.
  2. Make them smaller for bento lunch boxes.
  3. Wrap pork in hanpen and tighten, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle in flour.
  4. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and tightly wrap rolls one more time before arranging them in the pan.
  5. After roasting on one side, flip over and cook evenly to a crispness, changing the direction.
  6. After they are evenly roasted, wipe away excess oil with a paper towel, then add the sauce.
  7. Coat the pork in the sauce while simmering.
  8. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, then eat up!
