Great for Bento: Pork Rolls Wrapped in Fluffy White Hanpen Fishcakes
- 1 Hanpen
- 200 grams Pork (thinly sliced)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Flour
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Slice hanpen into 9 pieces, however big as you like.
- Make them smaller for bento lunch boxes.
- Wrap pork in hanpen and tighten, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle in flour.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and tightly wrap rolls one more time before arranging them in the pan.
- After roasting on one side, flip over and cook evenly to a crispness, changing the direction.
- After they are evenly roasted, wipe away excess oil with a paper towel, then add the sauce.
- Coat the pork in the sauce while simmering.
- Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, then eat up!
