Chicken Stuffing Bake Recipe
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or possibly mushroom)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (7 ounce.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken (may use canned)
- 2 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- May add in celery (2 stalks finely minced)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir soup till smooth.
- Gradually stir in lowfat milk.
- Add in stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, celery and 1 c. cheese.
- Spread into greased 8x12-inch baking dish.
- Bake approximately 20 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake till cheese melts.
