Veal Francese Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. veal well.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Then roll in mix of bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fry in oil till golden.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. In corning ware or possibly saucepan, heat butter, broth and lemon juice till butter melts.
  8. Add in cutlets and simmer 10 min.
  9. Serve with rice.
  10. Recipe may be doubled.
