Mexican Wedding Cakes - Arlene's Favorite

  1. Mix together butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla and nuts.
  2. Add flour to wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Roll into small walnut size balls.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) until only light golden in color.
  5. Allow to cool and set for about five minutes.
  6. While still a little warm roll the balls in the powdered sugar.
  7. When completely cool roll balls in the powdered sugar again
  8. Store in an air tight container.
