Carole's Coleslaw
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 tablespoons sugar (I use Splenda)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 12 teaspoon celery seed
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces coleslaw mix
- 34 cup raisins
- Mix the dressing ingredients together well in a bowl, using a whisk.
- Pour into a jar with a lid and refrigerate for several hours to blend the flavors.
- In a large bowl add the coleslaw mix, dressing and raisins and mix gentley until the coleslaw mix is coated evenly with the dressing.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and then serve.
