Chicken Roll-ups
- 1 can Crescent Rolls
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Green Onion
- 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 1 box Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 can Bread Crumbs (I Like Italian)
- Heat oven to instructions on the crescent roll can.
- Cook chicken (boil, bake or use canned chicken).
- In a frying pan, add oil, green onion and mushrooms.
- Fry for just a couple minutes.
- Put in bowl with chicken, cream cheese and add the spices.
- Mix all together.
- Spread out individual crescents and put spoonfuls of mixture in the middle.
- Wrap them up and seal them.
- Spray(or spread) butter on the outside of the rolls and dip into crumbs.
- Put them in the oven and bake until golden brown.
- Add warmed cream of whatever soup on top as a gravy if you like!
- (You can also use reduced fat crescent rolls and cream cheese.
- Ive even used fat free cream cheese and it tasted great!)
