Barb's Special Fruit Streusel Recipe

• 1 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 4 Large eggs
• 2 teaspoon lemon peel
• 1 3/4 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• Fruit (any in season or possibly any canned)

1. Combine all cake ingredients in order given.
2. Mix 5 min.
3. Place in 9"x13" pan, greased and floured.
4. Place fruit in design.
5. Mix together streusel mix and put on top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
