Chicken Noodles Casserole Recipe
- 5 to 6 pound chicken, cooked, skinned, boned & diced
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1 pkg. noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- Cook onion, celery and pepper in butter till tender.
- Cook noodles in chicken broth, drain, leaving about 1 c. of broth in the noodles.
- Mix the 2 cans of soup, sliced mushrooms and cheese with the cooked vegetables and chicken.
- Toss with noodles.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
