Blushing Strawberry Family Delight

• 175 g cream
• 200 g condensed milk
• 1 packet gelatin
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 cup cold water
• 6 bananas, finely chopped
• 6 strawberries, finely chopped
• 1 strawberry, cut in the shape of a fan/flower/heart,etc (for garnishing)

1. Boil 1 cup of water.
2. Pour the gelatin powder in it.
3. Stir continuously in order to avoid lumps.
4. Cool.
5. And 1 cup cold water.
6. Set aside to form in the refrigerator.
7. In the meantime, chop bananas and strawberries.
8. Once the jelly has formed, add the cream and condensed milk.
9. Whisk extremely well.
10. Add the chopped fruits.
11. Keep it in the freezer to form.
12. Once formed, garnish with a strawberry and serve.
