Tofu And Lettuce With Mushroom

• 1 egg tofu
• 1 tbsp oil
• 5 tbsp ready to eat vegetarian mushroom sauce
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaf
• 3 cup lettuce

1. with oil brown egg tofu then add mushroom sauce and water bring it to a boil
2. off heat add coriander and lettuce mix well and serve hot
