Sticky Pork
- 450 grams diced pork
- 1 tbsp oil
- 330 ml cola
- 1 tsp djon mustard
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 dash of tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic - crushed
- 100 ml vegatable stock
- pan fry the pork for about 10 minutes until well caramelised all over.
- Add the tomato ketchup, Tabasco sauce, honey, mustard, cola and stock and simmer for about 1hour until the sauce is reducing and turning sticky
- Serve with rice, chips or salad
