Double Apple Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin tin or line with baking cups.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, except apple, mixing just until moistened.
  5. Gently fold in apples.
  6. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
  7. Bake 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
