Broccoli And Sausage Quiche Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line the unbaked pie shell with a double thickness of foil.
  3. Bake for 8 min.
  4. Remove foil.
  5. Bake till golden brown
  6. (4-6 min more).
  7. Set aside.
  8. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees.
  9. Cook the sausage and mushrooms in a large skillet till the sausage is brown
  10. (about 5 min).
  11. Stir the Large eggs, condensed soup, onion and pepper together in a medium bowl.
  12. Stir in the sausage mix, broccoli, and 3/4 of the cheese.
  13. Pour the mix into the pie shell.
  14. Bake till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean (40-45 min).
  15. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over.
  16. Let stand for 10 min.
  17. Serve.
  18. Yields 6 Servings.
