Pork Loins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 pork tenderloin
- Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 7 saltine crackers, crushed
- 5 dashes ground ginger
- 3 dashes ground sage
- parmesan cheese
- canola oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix bread crumbs, saltine crackers, ginger and sage in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add parmesean cheese, enough to suit your liking, and mix well.
- Pour onto a plate.
- Put Canola oil in a baking dish.
- Dip pork tenderloin in beaten egg.
- Let extra egg drip off.
- Put tenderloin in the bread crumb mixture and cover well.
- Place Tenderloin in baking dish.
- Place in oven and cook until top/sides are golden brown.
- Turn over so both sides are crispy.
- Cook until juices run clear.
