Buffalo Meatballs
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Wing Sauce (recommend Frank's), Divided
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 6 stalks Celery, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Chives, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Blue Cheese Dressing
- Carrot Sticks
- Combine ground turkey, 2 tablespoons wing sauce, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, diced celery, chopped chives, salt and pepper.
- Form into meatballs (about 48 pieces).
- Drizzle olive oil over the surface of a large frying pan.
- Heat over medium-high heat.
- Brown meatballs in small batches (about 12 in each batch).
- Turn occasionally to brown on all sides, cooking for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish (keep warm in the oven).
- Combine remaining wing sauce and melted butter.
- Mix well and pour over the browned meatballs.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and serve with blue cheese dressing and carrot sticks.
