Chicken bells
- 8 piece Bell pepper
- 400 grams chicken breasts
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese
- 200 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp piri sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cooking butter
- Boil chicken for 15 minutes
- De-seed bell peppers
- Shred chicken.
- Melt butter and brush the bell peppers from inside with melted butter.
- Put aside bell peppers, while u prepare chicken.
- Put remaining butter in a pan and add shredded chicken, piri sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Stir fry for 5minutes.
- Shred the mozzarella and cheddar cheese separately
- Now put the layer of mozzarella cheese in bell peppers.
- Add another layer of chicken.
- And repeat till bell peppers are almost full.
- Put the Cheddar cheese at the top and sprinkle some garlic powder over it
- Pre heat oven at 230.
- Put bell peppers in oven for 20 minutes or till the cheese get golden.
- You can add more Cheddar cheese during baking.
- Now eat them :)
