Sesame Green-Bean Salad
- 2 pounds green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse under cold running water.
- Place in a bowl and toss with the sesame seeds, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
- Divide among 4 plates and serve.
