Sesame Green-Bean Salad

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
  4. Place in a bowl and toss with the sesame seeds, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Divide among 4 plates and serve.
