No-Bake Cranberry Almond Granola Bites

  2. In a medium bowl, add the rolled oats, dried cranberries, chopped almonds and ground flax seeds.
  3. Mix until just combined; set aside.

  5. Add the honey and natural peanut butter into a small bowl.
  6. Place the bowl in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften.

  8. Add the softened honey and peanut butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the oats are coated.

  10. Chill the granola mixture for about 30 minutes.
  11. 5.
  12. Roll the granola mixture into balls, using about 1 tablespoon of granola for each.
  13. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
