Aunt May's Zucchini-Cucumber Soup

  1. Add zucchini to boiling water in saucepan; cook 5 min.
  2. or until zucchini is tender.
  3. Meanwhile, heat dressing in small skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  5. or until tender, stirring in marjoram for the last minute.
  6. Drain zucchini; place in blender.
  7. Add onions and all remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
  8. Pour into airtight container.
  9. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
