Springtime Shrimp Pasta Toss
- 8 oz. pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups cut-up fresh asparagus (1-inch lengths)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
- grated peel and juice from 1 medium lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir shrimp and asparagus in hot oil in large skillet 5 to 7 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink and asparagus is crisp-tender.
- Add dressing, lemon peel and juice; stir.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid.
- Add pasta and reserved cooking liquid to skillet; stir gently.
- Sprinkle with the cheese.
