Rock's Way to London Broil

  1. Prepare London Broil.
  2. Rub oil on meat.
  3. Rub apple wood seasoning on meat.
  4. Cross hatch / braid the bacon over the meat.
  5. Indirect Charcoal grill for 40 - 45 minutes; more or less on time to desired internal temperature.
  6. Remove from Grill, Let rest.
  7. Slice and Serve.
