Baked Vanilla Apricots
- 2 pounds apricots
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 vanilla bean
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Put apricots in shallow baking dish.
- Add remaining ingredients and bake about 30 minutes, turning apricots occasionally.
- Cool them and serve at room temperature.
