Baked Vanilla Apricots

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put apricots in shallow baking dish.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bake about 30 minutes, turning apricots occasionally.
  4. Cool them and serve at room temperature.
