Fried Sweet Prawns
- 20 Ama-ebi shrimp (with their shells)
- 2 tbsp Karaage-ko coating for karaage
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1/4 Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- Coat the shrimp in Karaage-ko and cut the lemon into wedges.
- Drop the shrimp into vegetable oil heated to 180C and fry until crispy.
- Drain the fried shrimp on paper towels.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with salt.
- Squeeze over lemon juice to taste and eat the shrimp, shells and all!
