Fried Sweet Prawns

  1. Coat the shrimp in Karaage-ko and cut the lemon into wedges.
  2. Drop the shrimp into vegetable oil heated to 180C and fry until crispy.
  3. Drain the fried shrimp on paper towels.
  4. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Squeeze over lemon juice to taste and eat the shrimp, shells and all!
